1. INTRODUCTION:

The security and privacy of your personal data are of utmost importance to SPB.

This Privacy Policy has been prepared to inform holders of personal data and users of our website about how personal data is treated.

As a data controller, SPB will collect the data strictly necessary for the purposes authorized by data holders, undertaking not to use it for purposes other than those for which the holders were informed or consented.

3. THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:

The personal data collected by SPB is limited to that strictly necessary for the purpose of the processing.

SPB will inform which data is mandatory or optional. If any mandatory data collection is not provided, we reserve the right to cease any and all communications or commercial relationships with the user.

The provision of incorrect or inaccurate data is the sole responsibility of the user and the data subject.

The personal data we collect are those we request when visiting on our website, sending requests via the contact form, provided on the website and/or subscribing to the newsletter.

Personal data is obtained based on the information provided by our website users.

5. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA:

SPB retains personal data for the retention periods identified above and only for the period of time necessary to comply with the obligations to which it is legally subject. For additional information regarding retention periods, you may request details via email.

Once the maximum retention period has been reached, personal data will be securely destroyed.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, the data subject has the right to request the controller to access personal data concerning him or her, as well as to rectify or erase it.

8. PRIVACY OF MINORS:

SPB does not knowingly collect or process personal data from minors under 18 years of age by inserting them on the website. If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a data subject under the age of 18 on the website, such information will be deleted from the records.
